TN State representative Mark Pody and Senator Mae Beavers ( both Republicans) have penned a bill that they believe voids the Supreme Court decision and continues to define marriage under Tennessee law as a union between a man and a woman. Both are seemingly undaunted by the loss of at least 8.5 billion in Federal money for the state of TN.
Why is this important?
It is painfully obvious that these state representatives have their own agenda and are refusing to follow the SCOTUS determination. Discrimination in any form will not be tolerated. Lets tell Tennessee law makers to get with it, stop their own agenda and move forward! Say NO to the Tennessee Natural Marriage Defense Act NOW!!
