Stopping aerial spraying over Kauai and the Hawaiian Islands

WE THE PEOPLE of the United States of America, pursuant to the Bill of Rights, Amendment One, which gives the right of the American and Indigenous people to petition the United States government for a redress of grievances, hereby state the following:

WHEREAS, unmarked aircraft are DAILY aerial spraying Kauai Island and the Hawaiian Islands skies with "chemtrails", bio-hostile substances; and

WHEREAS, these unmarked aircraft have been proven to be emitting substances which drift to the ground and are detrimental to the health and well-being of citizens and visitors of Kauai Island and the Hawaiian Islands.

THEREFORE, it is concluded that Kauai Island and Hawaiian Islands citizens and visitors are, and have been for years, under attack and have become victims of BIOCHEMICAL WARFARE.

FURTHER, The United States government has allowed, and is continuing to allow, these unidentified aircraft to release harmful substances over Kauai Island and the Hawaiian Islands citizens, visitors, the soil, the water supply and the pacific ocean, which have been proven harmful.

WHEREAS, the United States government has neither satisfactorily explained nor offered any compelling reason(s) why it is in the interests of the United States government to allow harm to the majority of its people, its visitors, the land, the water supply and the pacific ocean with these disease-producing emissions: and

WHEREAS, when asked about the situation, the United States and our Hawaiian State and County government officials engage in evasion, deception and stonewalling Kauai Island and Hawaiian Islands residents, and visitors in their pursuit of the truth of this matter.

THEREFORE, it is presumed that the aircraft either belong to the United States government and are operating under the direct command and with full knowledge of the United States and Hawaiian Government or, in the alternative, the United States government has knowingly and willfully conspired with an outside, hostile group to allow harm to the citizens and visitors of Kauai Island, The Hawaiian Islands, the land, the water supply and the pacific ocean.

THEREFORE, it appears that the United States government is violating numerous rights of its citizens and in so doing is in a state of treason against its citizens, it is up to the American people and the citizens and visitors of Kauai Island and the Hawaiian Islands to exercise their rights and hold the United States government accountable for its actions or inactions, as the case may be.

CONSEQUENTLY, the people of the United States of America and the citizens and visitors of Kauai Island and the Hawaiian Islands declare the following,

TO THE UNITED STATES Government: Pursuant to the Bill of Rights, Amendment One, we, the people of the United States, declare that we are grieved over the presence of "chemtrails" in the airspace over Kauai Island and Hawaiian Islands as well as the United States and hereby petition the United States government to take immediate action to cease all "chemtrail" aerial spraying activity in the airspace over Kauai Island, the Hawaiian Islands, the Pacific Ocean and the United States of America.

Why is this important?

Why are we feeling ill?
The annual spraying of 20 billion tons of aluminum, barium, strontium, mercury and other toxic, carcinogenic and biohazardous material over cities/counties everywhere (including daily over Kauai Island an the Hawaiian Islands) is already having devastating effects on humans, the soil, the water, forests, eco and marine systems and all life forms. The short term effects have shown to be causing residents and visitors to have respiratory illnesses frequently as a result. But the long term effects are deeper, such as alzheimer's, neurological disorders and cancer. If the public were adequately informed on this topic, most would take appropriate action to put an immediate stop to these destructive activities
