We petition Kansas Governor Sam Brownback to do his job and implement the Affordable Care Act in a timely manner. Furthermore we demand he not waste state time, resources, and taxpayer money trying to defeat desperately needed health care reform and focus on helping Kansans in need.

It appears that Governor Sam Brownback would rather waste the state's time and resources trying to defeat the Affordable Care Act than do his job and implement the requirements in a timely manner.
