Suspend Obamacare until the Nation's unemployment drops to 6% or below. After the Labor Dept certifies that unemployment is @6% or below, ObamaCare programs and policies resume. Until then, Congress and the Executive branch concentrate on policies and regulations that encourage jobs in America.

Unemployment is a plague on America's foundation. ObamaCare is not yet ready for implementation as seen by over half of the deadlines missed by the government agencies tasked to set up the programs.
