Pamela Brooks, a 54 year old disabled Colorado Springs woman who has MS, lost her life savings when a man forged her signature on checks drawn on Bank of America. He also hid her account statements from her so she didn't know for over 2 months that he had defrauded her. Pamela Brooks now may lose her home! The man has been caught and yet Bank of America refuses to give Pamela her life savings back. She lost $25,000 from the forger's theft. Tell Bank of America CEO Kenneth D Lewis to give Pamela Brooks of Colorado Springs BACK her life savings!

This petition is to tell Bank of America to restore Pamela Brooks' life savings that were stolen from her by a check forger. Pamela Brooks is a 54 year old disabled woman in Colorado Springs who has MS. A check forger now in custody, Corban Elmore, forged her signature and emptied her bank account at Bank of America, but Bank of America refuses to restore her account. Tell Bank of America to give Pamela Brooks back her life savings; if they don't she may lose her home!
