Tell CVS to withdraw its application to build a store in downtown Sebastopol.

Do not shop at CVS Nationwide
If CVS bullying tactics offend you, help Sebastopol, a rural town in Northern California resist CVS’ more than 2-year attempt to dominate its downtown and bring traffic gridlock to its core intersection. Sign this petition, pledge not to shop at the CVS store in your area and ask your friends to do the same.
For the past two plus years, CVS has pushed to build a store at the intersection of two state highways in the core of our downtown; they insist on access from the two highways across lanes of local traffic that will generate gridlock in our streets, as well as drive-thru access that would stack up cars on our busiest streets.
CVS already operates a store on the fringe of our city.

CVS’ miserable record of violation of the law in which more than $100 million in settlements (that we know of) in the past five years have apparently convinced them they can buy their way out of and into anything they want.
You can help by signing this petition that will affirm you that you will not shop at your local CVS until CVS withdraws its application for this additional location in Sebastopol.
And let your CVS store know why you won't shop there.

Why is this important?

CVS wants to build a store at the intersection of two State Highways, with access across lanes of two way traffic. It would bring gridlock to our small downtown. CVS also insists on drive thrus that will further increase stacking of cars on our busiest streets.
