Sen. Feinstein's performance as the chairwoman of the Senate Intelligence Committee has displayed a level of incompetence that should disqualify her from even being on the committee let alone being the chairwoman.
Why is this important?
During committee hearings that were held because of the NSA scandal. Senator Feinstein has repeatedly displayed an almost complete ignorance regarding her or the committee's supposed oversight of the CIA and the NSA. She also seems to be unfamiliar with the limits that the constitution and bill of rights place on the intelligence community.
