I want our City, State and Federal Government to enact an investment tax credit to allow individuals, businesses and corporations to invest in a not-for-profit Fund known as the Natural Resilience Fund to help fund gaps in various climate resilience programs.
Why is this important?
To convince Congress, New York State and New York City to enact an investment tax credit to allow individuals and corporations to invest in a Natural Resilience Fund to help fund the gap for existing and proposed climate resilience efforts in New York City and State.
