Allow the students, faculty and staff of the University of South Carolina be allowed to legally and responsibly, and in accordance with state law, carry concealed weapons on campus property.
Why is this important?
Past events have shown that USC- Columbia campus is too large to expect reasonable and adequate protection from the University Police department nor the hired security. The protection and safety of ourselves and other students are paramount and a basic right of all citizens. We are demanding that all members of the University of South Carolina, who are legally allowed to, to carry concealed weapons on campus grounds.
