We, the People of Ohio, Ban Fracking and Toxic Disposal Injection Wells in our State. We want Sustainable Energy; Clean and Safe Water, Air, and Land.
Petition Background
Our Governor, Senators, and Representatives have passed Fracking, Injection Well, and Water Withdrawal laws that deny the People of Ohio, our political and human rights. The Gas and Oil Industry now holds legal precedence over our land, our water, our air, our homes, our health, our children's health, our ecosystem, and our freedom for life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. We, the People of Ohio, Choose to Ban Fracking and Toxic Disposal Injection Wells Now!
