Regulated and taxed Airbnb hosts who live in the homes they rent to guests are a boon to local communities. They will provide a revenue stream for our town and allow older residents to keep up their homes.
Why is this important?
The Collingswood Zoning Board refused to allow me (and other Airbnb hosts) to continue to rent to guests.
