Betsy DeVos has a lack of experience with public schools with zero strings attached; lack of knowledge and preparation; ignorance of students with disabilities; no plans or vision except for outdated and ineffective policies that are harmful to public education. She believes in vouchers for private and religious schools so that the rich will have the advantage and not the public schools.

I am a public school teacher in an inner-city school district. Betsy DeVos has no background in public education, ignorance of students will disabilities, and her voucher stance will target the rich. The majority of students attend public schools --- who will be a voice for their education and needs?
