I have a mortgage on my 2000 Cavco Manufactured Home. My interest rate is 6%. There are lower rates available, but not for Manufactured home owners. I live on a fixed income as do many other people. I can not get any kind of help to re-finance my loan. Please make others aware of this discrimination against Manufactured home owners! Thank you.
Why is this important?
Manufactured Homes do not qualify for the Government refinancing. Presently, there is NO one out there who will finance or refinance a Manufactured Home.
This is discrimination! It has happened to me and millions of others. There are over 10 milliom people living in Manufactured homes. We cannot get any help! We are told that we have the wrong property type.
