To the Escondido Union School District Governing Board of Trustees,
As provided for by the Laws of the State of California, the undersigned are demanding the resignation of Escondido Union School District Board of Trustees, Member Jose Fragozo.
The San Diego County District Attorney has currently filed thirteen (13) election fraud felony charges against Trustee Fragozo. These charges are added to the temporary restraining order currently in place that Mr. Fragozo had filed against him in December for workplace violence. Mr. Fragozo has become a distraction and a deterrent to a positive educational climate and, has failed to uphold his oath of office. It would serve the district, the educational community, and the public for Trustee Fragozo to immediately resign from office.
