Make Democratic Senators Unanimous in Asking the SEC to Require Corporate Disclosure!

Corporations shouldn't be allowed to hide their political spending. 42 senators have signed a letter asking the SEC to require them to disclose it. Please make Democrats unanimous by signing now.

Why is this important?

Despite the disastrous Citizens United decision allowing unlimited anonymous corporate political spending, there's an easy way to expose much of it. The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) can require public corporations to report political spending in shareholder publications available to everyone.

All U.S. Senators know the SEC has this power, and now 44 Democratic Senators have signed a letter asking the SEC to use it. No Republicans have signed on yet. Please urge the remaining 2 Democrats, Senators Donnelly and Manchin, to join their colleagues to unanimously demand commonsense corporate disclosure now.
