Missouri workers need more jobs, not fewer rights

The Missouri legislature has a job to do: create jobs and help get Missourians back to work.

Instead, some legislators are using the people's time to attack workers' rights by pushing a so-called "right to work" bill.

"Right to work" has nothing to do with rights or work. These laws are political attacks aimed at weakening unions. In states with these laws, fewer people have health insurance and wages are lower for ALL workers.

Please vote against any so-called "right to work" bill, and put the focus back on creating jobs.

Why is this important?

Instead of focusing on putting Missourians back to work, some extremist lawmakers want to make Missouri a so-called "right to work" state.

"Right to work" laws have nothing to do with rights or work. They are simply political attacks aimed at weakening unions. So-called "right to work" states have higher poverty, higher rates of workplace injuries and fatalities, fewer people with health insurance, and lower wages for ALL workers.

Tell your Missouri legislator to focus on jobs, not attacks.
