No Offshore Drilling in Massachusetts Waters
We call on Ryan Zinke to drop Massachusetts from the list of possible offshore drilling sites. Considering we can create far more renewable energy with wind, solar, and other green energy sources there is no reason whatsoever to pursue an environmentally destructive method of extracting an obsolete fuel source. We urge Mr. Zinke to remove us from his list; we do not want offshore drilling here or any other section of US coastline. We shouldn't even be considering this.
Why is this important?
There is no reason to be putting our environment in this kind of danger for a few drops of an obsolete, dirty fuel. Green Energy has already proven a far safer, more environmentally stable, and in the long run more efficient energy source. No one wants those big metal eyesores off our shores.
