OPPOSE (VOTE NO) HB125

HB125 went from simplifying the paperwork created by HB87 in 2011, to a whole new bill. The current version of HB125 (LC 29 5571S) challenges international passports as valid IDs, blocks DACA recipients from obtaining Driver Licenses, takes Homestead Exemptions away from homeowners, and puts an unnecessary burden in contractors, subcontractors, subsubcontractors and business of Georgia by increasing the mandatory application of E-Verify and IMAGE programs. We urge the Georgia Senate and the Lieutenant Governor Casey Cagle TO OPPOSE (VOTE NO when applicable) HB125.
