Donald Trump is unable to properly perform his duties as President due to impulses indicative of mental illness. We call upon the necessary government officers to execute the requirements of the 25th Amendment to the Constitution and remove him from office.
Mr. Trump will be removed and Vice-President Pence will assume the duties of acting President until such time as three independent mental health professionals certify that Mr. Trump is competent to resume his duties.
Immediate action must be taken in the interests of the national security of the United States of America.
