Repeal the Ohio State Budget Abortion Restrictions
Republican legislators have snuck harmful and unfair abortion restrictions into the state budget.
The budget includes restrictions that would force women seeking an abortion to undergo a trans-abdominal ultrasound, eliminate low-cost family planning services, and prohibit rape crisis centers from even mentioning abortion to sexual assault victims.
This puts low-income women at a disadvantage, forces women to pay for medically unnecessary ultrasounds, and shames survivors of rape.
This is not how a government is meant to treat its citizens.
We need these restrictions repealed.
