Sue The Speaker.
We the undersigned wish to have The Speaker Of The House John Boehner (R) Ohio charged in civil court with dereliction of duty and reckless endangerment.
Why is this important?
The Speaker has been unwilling to bring legislation to the floor, to the detriment of The American People and our democracy.
It is our contention that his [in]actions are driven solely by a desire to have President Obama fail.
We would have him tried in civil court because civilian lives are being negatively impacted on a daily basis.
