The American people didn't want the sequester. Please support a continuing budget resolution to fund the US government at pre-sequester levels, not at post-sequester levels.
Why is this important?
Nobody wanted the sequester. It is still robbing hungry people of food, children of Head Start programs, and other innocent people of critical support. In the current budget crisis, the Senate has passed a continuing resolution that maintains the sequester, in a major concession to the GOP. However, the American people don't want these terrible cuts, and never did.
