To: Joseph M. DePinto, 7-Eleven CEO

Tell 7-Eleven to end its abusive practices against immigrant franchisees!

The current 7-Eleven CEO is doing everything in his power to target immigrant franchise owners who complain about the company's ruthless labor policies and intimidation tactics.

Why is this important?

Media outlets recently reported how Joe DePinto, the CEO of the 7-Eleven company, has called ICE on franchisees who have organized and filed complaints against the company’s controversial policies.

The popular convenience store company, which grew into an American icon thanks to the hard work of immigrants and their families, was proud of its diverse staff and franchisees - right up until the federal government reprimanded it a couple of years ago after failing to handle legal issues of some well-known franchise owners.

Now, the company's new paranoid CEO, Joe DePinto, is launching a full-frontal assault against any franchise he suspects of being a troublemaker or underperformer.

Most notably, DePinto has planted hidden cameras and listening devices inside stores, handed franchisees’ personal information to the federal government so that immigration authorities could inspect their stores, and sent unmarked vehicles after certain store owners who complain about 7-Eleven contentious practices - which often eat into franchisee profits and force them to carry unsustainable inventories.

By allowing Joe Depinto's behavior to go unchecked, 7-Eleven is demonstrating how far it's willing to go to abuse and intimidate the franchisees that helped build the company - especially those who are people of color or come from immigrant backgrounds.

It is shameful for a company like 7-Eleven to allow Joe DePinto to demonize store owners who want to earn an honest living, especially by enabling him to use the same hateful and racist tactics Donald Trump uses to intimidate minorities.

7-Eleven must reform its abusive corporate culture immediately!
