To Enact Punishment to those who have Counterfeited United States Securities through the Short Sale

To be delivered to President Donald Trump, The Wisconsin State House, The Wisconsin State Senate, Governor Scott Walker, The United States House of Representatives, and The United States Senate

Petition Statement

Article One Section 8 dash 6 makes the Short Sale by the Stock Exchange and Market Makers illegal!i

Text of Article One Section 8 dash (6) of the United States Constitution "To provide for punishment of counterfeiting the securities and current coin of the United States."

Selling someone a security that you do not own is Counterfeiting! And it has gone on for far too long! It is declaring that you have an original and not a copy of something that you do not; and that is Counterfeiting. In effect it is making a COPY of a financial instrument and that is Counterfeiting; just as having a money printing press in your basement would be!
