To: President Donald Trump, The Ohio State House, The Ohio State Senate, Governor Mike DeWine, The United States House of Representatives, and The United States Senate

We request Major Breznicki be allowed to prove his innocence.

Major Breznicki was falsely accused and wrongfully convicted of rape, although the incident was an accusation was of TOUCHING-NOT RAPE.

He was sentenced to 8 years in prison with no evidence to back up the courts claim of guilt.
He offered a plea of guilty because he was told he would do some petty service but would not go to jail, then he learned he was lied to and tried to withdraw his plea and the courts refused him.
He was denied an appeal and also denied DNA testing by the state.
It appears the state was not worried about locking up an innocent man, or they would have allowed DNA testing.

We request that Major Breznicki be given his wish of DNA testing, to clear his name of this severe miscarriage of justice.
If Rape is what they convicted him on, why do they have a problem proving it?

False acusations have to be stopped
How many more men/women are sitting in jails across the country because of some vindictive lie told by another?

What better way to prove one's innocence than by DNA testing?

Why is this important?

Let no one be discouraged by the belief there is nothing one man or one woman can do against the enormous array of the world's ills - against misery and ignorance, injustice and violence... Few will have the greatness to bend history itself; but each of us can work to change a small portion of events, and in the total of all those acts will be written the history of this generation...

It is from the numberless diverse acts of courage and belief that human history is shaped. Each time a man stands up for an ideal, or acts to improve the lot of others, or strikes out against injustice, he sends a tiny ripple of hope, and crossing each other from a million different centres of energy and daring, those ripples build a current which can sweep down the mightiest walls of oppression and resistance.
